Disclaimer: What We Do and Do Not Do

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this disclaimer before you use oldestgerman.lat. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

A Referral Service, Not a Contractor

Oldestgerman Heating & Air is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent HVAC providers. We do not diagnose, repair, maintain or install air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps or any other equipment. Any work in your home is done by an independent provider, never by Oldestgerman Heating & Air.

No Endorsement, No Promises About Providers

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse that provider. We do not promise the quality, timing, cost or results of anyone's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a given moment. Each provider answers for its own licenses, insurance, certifications, warranties and conduct.

For General Information

Content here is meant to inform. It is not professional, legal, safety or financial advice. Homes and systems differ, and what fits one may not fit another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Cost Figures

Any cost figures on this website are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes, and they vary by job, location, equipment and labor. Ask the provider for a written estimate before any work starts.

Efficiency, Rebates and Financing

Statements about energy efficiency are general, and we do not promise any level of energy savings. We do not offer, arrange or promise rebates, tax credits or financing. Ask the provider and your local utility which programs might apply to you.

Safety First

HVAC equipment involves electricity, refrigerant and, in many homes, natural gas or propane. Do not put yourself at risk. If you smell gas or a carbon monoxide alarm sounds, leave the home and contact your gas utility or local emergency services.

How We Are Paid

Oldestgerman Heating & Air may be paid by providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy of the Information

We try to keep this website accurate and current. Still, we make no warranty that it is complete or without errors.
