Grow Your HVAC Business

Oldestgerman Heating & Air is a referral service. Homeowners in Aurora and the Aurora area reach out when their heating or cooling stops working, and we connect them with independent providers. If you run your own HVAC company and want more homeowner conversations, this network may fit.

This is not a job posting. There are no staff positions here. You stay your own boss, run your own crew, and set your own prices.

Who We Are Looking For

We look for independent contractors who handle residential work such as:

• AC repair and emergency calls
• AC installation and replacement
• Furnace repair and furnace replacement
• General HVAC service and maintenance

Experience with local conditions helps. Dry air, strong sun at altitude, heavy snow loads, and hail all shape how systems age here. Homes are often newer frame builds with basements and wood or stucco exteriors.

What We Expect

Homeowners call at stressful times, so we ask providers to keep a few basics in place:

• Valid licences and insurance as required where you work.
• Clear, plain-language explanations of problems and options.
• Written quotes before larger jobs begin.
• Honest availability. Do not promise a time you cannot meet.
• Respect for busy households, including careful scheduling and a tidy job site.
• Straight talk about insurance. Help document damage if asked, but never promise what a policy will pay.

You are responsible for your own work, pricing, warranties, and contracts with homeowners.
